Orders are shipped from our business location in Haikou, Hainan Province, China.

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 7–15 days after dispatch.

For eligible US orders, free shipping applies when the merchandise subtotal reaches US$150 after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping charges.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, charges are calculated using applicable carrier or logistics rates based on destination, parcel weight, dimensions, and shipping service.

The applicable fee is displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, transportation conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers may request eligible returns within 30 calendar days from the date an order is marked as delivered.

For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our designated US return warehouse.

For verified defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products, KAEHUKAI covers reasonable return shipping costs.

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days after return approval, following warehouse inspection. Additional time may be required for the payment provider to post the refund.
