kaehukai provides global free shipping for all single items with no minimum order requirement. All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days, and the standard worldwide delivery time is 7–15 business days.
All international duties, taxes and local import fees are borne solely by the customer. We are not responsible for customs detention, tax charges, return fees or delivery delays caused by local official policies.
6. Return & Refund Terms
All return and exchange behaviors are subject to our official Return Policy. Customers can apply for returns within 30 calendar days after receiving the parcel. All customer personal‑reason returns must be shipped back to our China official address, and all international return freight and related fees are borne by the buyer.
We only undertake return shipping costs for quality problems, wrong items, or our official errors. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after inspection, and the funds will arrive within 5–10 working days depending on the payment platform and bank processing speed.
Unapproved returns, returns sent to incorrect addresses, or damaged second-hand goods will not be accepted or refunded.
