Return Policy – kaehukai

This Return Policy is formulated in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China and applies to all return and exchange behaviors of kaehukai clothing products (blazers, maxi dresses, jumpsuits, sweaters).

1. Return Time Limit

Customers can apply for return within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the package. Return shipping must be completed within 7 days after our official approval. Overdue applications will not be accepted.

2. Eligible & Ineligible Items

Returnable conditions: unused, unwashed, no stains, no damage, complete original tags and packaging. Non‑returnable: worn, altered, washed, stained, manually damaged products and items marked Final Sale.

3. Return Shipping Address

All returns must be sent to our China registered office address: Room A29, 5th Floor, Building A, Entrepreneurship Incubation Center, No.266 Nanhai Avenue, National High‑Tech Industrial Development Zone, Haikou City, Hainan Province, China

Note: Please do not ship to any other address. Items sent to wrong addresses will not be processed or refunded.

4. Shipping Fee Responsibility

All customer‑initiated returns (size unsuitable, style dislike, personal preference change) shall be fully borne by the buyer, including international return shipping fees, handling fees and possible customs duties generated during international shipment back to China. Only returns caused by our official errors (wrong item sent, defective quality, serious size error) will be covered by our store for shipping cost.

5. Estimated Return Shipping Cost

The estimated international return freight cost from US / UK / Canada back to our China warehouse is approximately $15–$30 USD, the actual cost depends on package weight, dimensions and selected courier service. Additional customs clearance fees may apply and will also be the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions: Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days. The fund will arrive in the original payment account within 5–10 working days, depending on the bank and payment platform processing speed.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

This return policy and all transaction disputes are governed by the laws of China.

8. Return Process

1. Send return application to sale@kaehukai.com with order number and product photos.
2. Wait for official approval and obtain the correct China return address.
3. Send back the package and provide tracking number.
